Is everything handmade?

Yes, every piece is uniquely handbuilt (no potter's wheel) and handpainted by me. No two items are alike.

What should I know about your pottery?

Each piece is handcrafted, so small imperfections, color, shape, and size variations may occur. These differences make each item unique.

Are pieces dishwasher/microwave safe?

Some are, but to preserve glaze colors, hand washing is recommended. Refer to the care card included with your order for specific instructions.

Is international shipping available?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Who is responsible for import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs, handling fees, or import taxes.

How are pieces packaged?

Each item is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, packed in sturdy boxes, and supported with biodegradable peanuts. Recyclable packaging is used when possible.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the handmade and limited nature of the items, returns and refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
